“The Voice” returns for Season 29 with “Battle of Champions.”
For the first time, the entire coaching panel, including Kelly Clarkson, John Legend and Adam Levine, will be winners. It’s also the first season of “The Voice” to have just three coaches.
Legend and Levine will return to the series after a one-season hiatus. Clarkson last coached in Season 23.

Battle of Champions will also include a new round, the In-Season All-Star Competition, in which two contestants from each coach’s former team will compete in a separate round judged by former coach CeeLo Green. The coach with the most All-Star wins in the Finals will be guaranteed the second artist in the Finals.

‘The Voice’ Season 29 coaches and judges
It will be the first all-winner season of “The Voice,” with coaches Kelly Clarkson, Adam Levine and John Legend returning to the show.

Clarkson will enter the “Battle of Champions” with the most wins. She has won four times, along with artists Bryn Cartelli (Season 14), Chevelle Shepherd (Season 15), Jake Foote (Season 17), and Girl Named Tom (Season 21).
Levine, who is currently in his 18th season, is the first coach to win three championships on “The Voice” with Javier Colon. Levine also had wins over Tessanne Chin in Season 5 and Jordan Smith in Season 9.
Legend only has one win left in season 17, Maylin Jarmon.
