Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton are on the right track.
Insiders are rooting for the Skims founder and British F1 racing driver as their relationship appears to be accelerating. They have been friends for years and were even spotted together on a recent romantic trip to Europe.
And while the new couple seems to be taking things cautiously, sources are waving the green flag and saying Kardashian may have met her mate after years of trouble with ex-husband Kanye West.
A source close to Hamilton said, “Lewis can go into different fields, from politics to diet to spirituality… They’re in the same circle,” noting that Hamilton, with his European connections and her US dominance, sees them both very active and sees them as a potential “power couple.”
Ms Kardashian, 45, left Los Angeles on a private jet last Saturday afternoon to meet the Formula One driver, 41, for a stay at Estelle Manor, a luxury hotel and country club in the idyllic Cotswolds region of south-central England.
They enjoyed a “very romantic” weekend, a source told The Sun.
In the Cotswolds, the couple pampered themselves while surrounded by security guards and enjoyed private access to the hotel’s pool and spa, where they received massages, a source told The Sun.
The spa time was followed by an intimate dinner for two in a private hotel room with no other guests or fanfare, the magazine reported. From there they flew to Paris.
Kardashian lit up the city on her date night with Lewis. She was snapped wearing a sheer lace Balenciaga turtleneck tucked into leggings as she headed to dinner at a Japanese restaurant. She shared a view of the Eiffel Tower on Instagram, set to the song “La Bohème” by Charles Aznavour.
Sources say the romantic date is a welcome break for Kardashian, who appears to be having fun after years of tumultuous relationship with West, who she divorced in November 2022.
“Just make her happy,” a source close to Kardashian told Page Six. “(Hamilton) is one of the kindest people around. She’s a very kind, open-hearted, genuine person. How long has she been trying to get along with Leaf?”
As her marriage fell apart, Kardashian faced personal and public attacks on social media, especially after filing for divorce in 2021, which she called a “toxic” situation.
Meanwhile, West appeared to publicly attack Kardashian on Instagram for allowing her then-8-year-old daughter North to appear on TikTok without her permission.
Kardashian addressed the comments in a post on her social media, saying that while she is doing her best to protect her daughter, she is allowing her to be “creative in the media that she wants” to bring her “happiness.”
“Divorce is difficult enough for our children, and Kanye’s obsession with trying to control and manipulate our situation so negatively and publicly only brings more pain to everyone,” she wrote on Instagram at the time.
Although they seem to be in a more peaceful co-parenting space now, she and Hamilton are reportedly doing their best not to provoke West.
“Kanye has been friends with Louis in the past, so they’re worried about what Kanye will think about this,” a source told the Daily Mail on Tuesday, adding that the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star “doesn’t want to look like he’s poking a bear.”
A source said both she and Hamilton “know this could affect Kanye in a number of ways,” which is part of the reason they’re keeping things low-key.
Not everyone thinks you deserve such consideration.
“His wife (Bianca Sensori) is walking around half-naked all the time, so who’s thinking what?” a source close to Kardashian told Page Six.
But Kardashian has shown support for her ex-husband, wearing Yeezy heels while in Aspen in the New Year, and spoke positively about her ex in a recent interview with Complex.
“We’ll always be family,” the Skims creator, 45, told the magazine. “We both know that. We’ll be okay, and there’s a lot of love in our family.”
Hamilton and Kardashian apparently met while she was married to West. The two were first photographed together in March 2015 at Balmain’s post-show dinner during Fashion Week.
There, Kim appeared next to Olivier Rousteing, the fashion house’s creative director at the time, and Louis stood next to West.
Six months later, in September 2015, she and West attended the GQ Men of the Year Awards. Lewis was in attendance, as was Tony Award-winning actress and singer Nicole Scherzinger, 47. The couple was photographed side by side.
At the time, there were rumors that Hamilton was dating Kardashian’s half-sister Kendall Jenner, 30, but Hamilton quickly denied them. News, “Me and Kendall have been friends for a long time, so we’re just friends.”
Over the years, Kardashian and Hamilton have gone back and forth in each other’s orbit. In 2021, both men attended WSJ Magazine’s Innovator Awards. Last December, the pair were spotted attending Kate Hudson’s New Year’s Eve party in Aspen.
The mother-of-four opened up about her dating life in January when she asked her sister Khloe Kardashian on her podcast if she was dating anyone.
“Honestly, no. Isn’t that crazy? … I just feel like my kids need me. It’s really hard when I have to put them to bed every night. I wake them up, take them to school, get them ready. They sleep in my bed,” she said. “I didn’t have time, and that’s okay. I thought, ‘Look, I’m going to study. I don’t have time. When I’m done, I’ll open up.'” I opened myself up. But no one was found. And that’s okay. ”
With Hamilton, she seems to have finally found someone.
He was born in Stevenage, England, to immigrant parents from the West Indies. They divorced when Hamilton was only two years old.
By the age of 8, he was behind the wheel of go-karts, competing in races and winning championships.
He credits his father, Anthony Hamilton, with being his mentor and support system. The older Hamilton once worked three different jobs to help his son excel in sports.
Lewis is known for enjoying other sports when he’s not behind the wheel.
“He said, ‘If I could quit everything, I’d just surf.'” His brain is in 10th gear, both speed-wise and adrenaline-wise. He loves the sport,” fellow pro surfer Kelly Slater, 53, told Page Six.
“The way I see it, he’s a combination of being very intense and very easy-going. He’s intense because he likes to do a lot of things and wants to be good at all of them. He’s a competitive person, whether it’s music, surfing, golf,” Slater said.
“He’s definitely a man of principles,” he added.
The seven-time F1 world champion also has links to some of the world’s biggest stars. After splitting from Scherzinger in 2015, the British race car driver reportedly dated Gigi Hadid and Rihanna in the same year.
In the decade since, he is rumored to have dated a number of singers, actresses, and supermodels, including Winnie Harlow, Sofia Richie Grainge, Nicki Minaj, Shakira, and Sofia Vergara.
Meanwhile, Kardashian is forging her own path at the intersection of business, entertainment, and activism. The reality star rose to fame on E!’s “Keeping Up With The Kardashians,” which was reincarnated as “The Kardashians” on Hulu in 2022.

They said, “Kim, she has a type. It’s more of a media personality type than a human type.” “She chooses people that the media views favorably. They have a cool image in some way.”
In fact, the great match comes as the Skims founder recently entered the women’s activewear business after inking a partnership with Nike for an independent women’s activewear line called NikeSKIMS.
While Kim and Louis seem to be enjoying their time together, a second source told Page Six, “[Kim]isn’t pushing to start anything that isn’t serious. They may have just started dating in the last few months.”
Whatever happens, Lewis has a fan in Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner, who, according to The Sun, once joked a few years ago: “Who among my daughters could I marry you?”
