Paramount+ has released the first teaser for Taylor Sheridan’s latest Yellowstone adjacent series, The Madison, which will premiere on the streamer on March 14th.
“Madison” cast members include Michelle Pfeiffer, Kurt Russell, Beau Garrett, Elle Chapman, Patrick J. Adams, Amia Miller, Alaina Pollack, Ben Schnetzer, Kevin Zegers, Rebecca Spence, Danielle Vasinova and Matthew Fox. The teaser also revealed Will Arnett as a new cast member.
In the teaser, an emotional Pfeiffer collapses into the Madison River and confesses to his therapist, played by Arnett, that “my center, my soul, is gone.” Arnett, looking calculating, replied, “If you leave it alone, it will heal.”
This neo-Western drama is set in Manhattan and Montana. The official logline states that The Madison chronicles the life of the Clyburn family and is “a heartfelt account of grief and relationships that follows a New York City family in the Madison River Valley of central Montana.”
“Yellowstone” steward Sheridan created the series and serves as executive producer under his Bossk Ranch Productions banner. Other executive producers include David C. Glasser, John Linson, Art Linson, Ron Burkle, Bob Yali, David Hutkin, Christina Voros, Michael Friedman, Pfeiffer, Russell, and Keith Cox. Voros will also serve as director and executive producer. MTV Entertainment Studios and 101 Studios produce in association with Bosque Ranch.
In addition to “The Madison,” Paramount has two other “Yellowstone” spinoffs in the works. These include “The Dutton Ranch,” which follows Kelly Reilly’s Beth Dutton and Cole Hauser’s Rip Wheeler from “Yellowstone,” and “The Marshalls,” starring Luke Grimes as Casey Dutton. “The Dutton Ranch” does not yet have a release date, but “Marshals” is scheduled to premiere March 1 on CBS.
