Bad Bunny’s Multicultural Super Bowl Trailer: “The World Will Dance”

Bad Bunny has released a video trailer for his upcoming appearance at Super Bowl LX, and the message is very clear: “The world” of all ages, races, and styles will “dance” to his performance.

The message is about unity, but it’s clear the world is coming to him. The clip shows Bad Bunny walking through a tropical forest (presumably in his native Puerto Rico) and cueing up a song on his iPhone (via Super Bowl halftime sponsor Apple Music). This is “Baile Innovidable” (“Unforgettable Dance”) from her latest album, “Debi Tilal Mass Photo,” which received multiple Grammy nominations.

He is soon joined by a series of dancers of all ages and cultures: old, young, male, female, Latino, black, Asian, white, and in a seemingly sharp message, a young man wearing a football jersey and backwards baseball cap appears, followed by another white man wearing a Stetson wearing jeans and a white T-shirt doing a full-fledged cowboy dance—towards the end of the clip, Bad Bunny even gives the man a dip.

The point is clear. Despite the conservative backlash against him headlining such an iconic stage for white America, and despite the Trump administration’s threat to use ICE at the Super Bowl (as if their usual targets were there), everyone is welcome at the party.

This also appears to be the only concert he will perform in the continental United States this year. Bad Bunny specifically avoided the United States on his 2026 tour due to concerns about the treatment of Latinos by ICE.

“The problem was, for example, ICE could be outside (my concert),” he said. “And that was something we were talking about and very concerned about.”

His message couldn’t be clearer. “You’re welcome, but I wouldn’t change a thing.”
