Brad Paisley and Kimberly Williams-Paisley’s nonprofit The Store is grateful for Taylor Swift’s recent support.
On Tuesday, Jan. 13, The Store announced on Facebook that Swift, 36, had made a “generous gift” that will help the nonprofit “continue to provide groceries with dignity and choice to families across Middle Tennessee.”
“Thank you, Taylor, for using your voice and generosity to lift up our neighbors in need,” the post reads, confirming that Swift’s donation comes as the nonprofit prepares to open its second location.
The Store also thanked Swift in an Instagram Story, writing, “We are so grateful for @taylorswift’s generosity and support for The Store as we continue to fight food insecurity in our community 💚.”
Williams-Paisley, 54, also personally thanked Swift on her Instagram Story, writing, “Thank you @taylorswift for your support of @thestore_nashville!!💚🙏🙏🙏.”

The store opened in 2020 to “combat food insecurity in Middle Tennessee with empathy, dignity and respect,” according to its website, “going beyond traditional food assistance to provide comprehensive solutions to hunger and poverty.”
The store “advances sustainable solutions to food insecurity” through enhanced “choice, education and support.”
Additionally, ahead of the holiday season, The Store will become a toy store, Paisley said in December.
“We buy all new toys from different manufacturers and we’re always very generous. And we allow families to come in and pick out what their kids want for Christmas,” he said. “It’s the most magical thing. It’s amazing to see.”

Prior to Swift’s donation to The Store, Vanderbilt University Medical Center’s Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital announced on December 30 that Swift made a donation to the hospital and its Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) Cancer Program.
The same day, the Kansas City charity Operation Breakthrough acknowledged Swift’s donation to organizations that “provide safe and loving educational environments for children in poverty and empower families through advocacy, emergency relief, and education,” according to its website.
Throughout December, Swift made donations to additional organizations including Feeding America, American Heart Association, MusiCares, CMA Foundation, and ACM Lifting Lives.
