Kat Timpf is taking a break from her job on FOX News’ “Gutfeld!” To spend time with her family.

Tinff, who gave birth to her first child in February 2025 and was diagnosed with breast cancer at the same time, announced on a January 2026 episode of the show that she would be taking six weeks off to spend time with her husband, Cameron Friscia, and their son.

Timp and Frisia married in a small ceremony in May 2021. Four years later, they announced the birth of their first child in February 2025. Just 15 hours earlier, Timp was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent a double mastectomy in March 2025.

After undergoing a breast reconstruction process, Timp returned to television later that year, announcing that she was cancer-free.
