Amal Clooney wore something more comfortable for the 2026 Golden Globe Awards afterparty.
Stepping out of a long strapless red dress, a stunning Pierre Balmain archive look from 1957, Amal went into full party mode in a chainmail minidress.
Her second look of the night wasn’t exactly archival, but it was a familiar style from Versace’s Spring/Summer 2022 collection, which features the Italian fashion house’s signature safety pin.
The lime green mini was actually two pieces joined at the waist: a boxy top and a high-waisted bottom. There were oversized embellished lime green pins along the waist and sides of the dress.
On her feet, she wore her favorite PVC and gold-tipped Gianvito Rossi pumps.
The exact look was auctioned for around $4,000 during the AmfAR Gala in Cannes in May 2024. It is unclear whether the human rights lawyer is the lucky winner, but she does not appear to be attending the charity event.
With her husband George Clooney (who was nominated for his role in Jay Kelly but ultimately lost out to Timothée Chalamet) in her arms, the pair were all smiles at the Netflix afterparty.
George also changed quickly after the ceremony, ditching his Armani tux for a more casual navy blue suit.
However, the couple were secretly twins, as Amal’s longtime hairstylist Dimitris Giannetos used Init Parfum hair perfume on both stars.
Talk about power couples.
