Kathy Griffin admits her third facelift was quite expensive.
On the Monday, November 10th episode of The Good Guys podcast, hosted by Josh Peck and Ben Soffer, the 65-year-old comedian opened up about how much he paid for his recent cosmetic surgery.
“It wasn’t cheap,” she began, before adding, “Are you ready? $218,000 ($).”
“Do you know how many jokes I have to tell for $218,000?” the Pulp Fiction actress continued. “We have to do at least two shows.”
Still, Ms. Griffin vowed to Ms. Peck and Ms. Soffer that she would never pay the price tag that some of her colleagues would do, saying, “I’m just a rich man. I can’t bring myself to do that.”

Before revealing in Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List how she was able to get quality work for six-figure fees, Peck and Griffin pointed out that some surgeons charge millions of dollars for cosmetic procedures.
“What I love about my D-list life is that I went to Kris Jenner’s last man. Not a million ponytails…full face pull up…that’s what Kris got. But I went to her last man,” she said.
Griffin previously confirmed that Beverly Hills-based celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Ben Talei performed her third surgery instead of seeing New York City’s Dr. Stephen Levine, who famously performed Kris’ much-talked-about facelift.
In August, the comedian called his third facial surgery a “waste”.
“This is the third time. I know it’s so empty! I’m empty for no reason. No one has ever gone to Kathy Griffin’s show and seen her beautiful, youthful face,” she said on the Aug. 5 episode of her podcast, “Talk Your Head Off.”

She also openly listed the surgeries she had undergone, including “surgery above the eye” (blepharoplasty), which included “cat’s eye stitches” to lift the corners of her eyes.
She also balked at the possibility of having surgery on her jaw, saying, “I have stitches in my jaw, but I don’t think you can see them unless you’re underneath me, but that’s not what I mean.”

Most of her procedures have been documented, including a visit to an esthetician in August 2023 to get her lips tattooed for a service called “blushing.”
“I’m going to get more microblading on my eyebrows because I didn’t get enough last time. And I’m getting a tattoo on my lips, which people call blushing. We’ll see how it goes,” she said in a YouTube video at the time.
