Aaron Feeper’s cousin Kathleen McAllister claims he saw his estranged wife, Dennis Richards, secured to a concrete wall and suffocating her with the bomb testimony.
McAllister, who worked with Pyper at his holistic healing center between 2017 and 2022, recalled allegations of “terrifying” abuse that occurred in the parking lot of his office in Malibu, California, and effectively testified Monday to support Richards’ demands for a permanent restraining order against businessmen.
“He was choking her and her head hit (the wall) causing a concussion,” she claimed. “She was really angry, painful and confused. (I was worried that she might have died.”
McAllister, a former holistic energy practitioner, claimed that Richards, 54, and the 53-year-old Fipter had another physical altercation in the bathroom of his office in early 2022.
She claims she heard “thrashing,” and ultimately claims that the “real housewife of Beverly Hills” graduate “has had a head injury from (Aaron).”
In another incident, McAllister claimed that the brave ones resorted to hiding in the toilet after the Phippers “terrorized her.”
“I was in my office and she was texting through the toilet,” McAllister said there was a “period of intensifying abuse” and “screams” between the exes from January 2022 to May 2022.
McAllister also recalled the January 2022 incident in which the Phippers allegedly gave Richards dark eyes.
“I saw Aaron hit Dennis and immediately she had really bad black eyes,” she insisted. “I’m literally shocked to this day.”
McAllister claimed that Fipter and Richards had allegedly led to a physical altercation as businessmen believed the television personality had placed a “listening device” in his office.
She also said “it was mixed with alcohol” and “(it continued to escalate with an evening of chaos.”
Additionally, McAllister showed the court how the Phipers, who allegedly used his palm to place his hand on Richards.
McAllister recalls the alleged threat to the Bravo star, admitting that she is also afraid of him, and that he “threatened to kill” them both.
“He’s going to be insanely threatening that if we told anyone, he’d kill us all,” she insisted. “As abuse escalated over the years, he exploited our sympathy.”
McAllister describes the Phippers as an alcoholic, claiming that it “fueled aggression.”
Phypers representatives did not immediately return a request for Page 6’s comment on McAllister’s testimony, but he denied allegations of abuse against him in the past.
“I’m not abusing her, I won’t abusing her,” he said in response to her temporary restraining order in his September application, claiming Richards was “aggressive.”
He also calls Richards’ allegations “harmful” and “baseless.”
Richards’ lawyers told the court that McAllister was “fatally afraid” of the Fip Factor, and people reported that she agreed to appear in court only if she was not on the witness list.
This week, Richards and Fippers are expected in court.
The “Dennis Richards and Her Wild Things” alum was given a temporary restraining order to her estranged husband in July after he filed for divorce.
Richards, who was married to the Phippers for six years at the time, made similar allegations that McAllister echoed in court, saying he would “frequently” abuse her throughout the relationship.
