“I still enjoy what I do, and I love it,” the 80 musicians told people alone. “You can say it’s written all over my face. I absolutely love it, but everything has to come to an end.”
The Grammy Award winner (with over 250 million records on sale) could easily cut it off and call it a career, but he doesn’t want to.
“I’m very pleased with the results I’ve done so far,” he said.

When asked if he was interested in performing at the Super Bowl or World Cup, Stewart admitted that he wasn’t.
“I did Glastonbury, so I’m happy,” he explained, referring to his performance at the famous festival in 2002 and earlier this year.
As for what remains, “Daya thinks I’m sexy?” the singer admitted, “I don’t have a bucket list,” adding, “I did it all.”
“I was supposed to be doing a country album and I’m in the middle of doing an original album,” he continued the planned project.

Stewart recently finished his latest run of the residency show at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas and is back in May 2026.
Following his latest concert, he headed to Caspian’s Cocktails & Caviar, to Caviar, a hidden speedy caviar within Caesars, to celebrate the second anniversary of Wolffie’s whiskey.
In the speakeasy, Stewart went behind the bar and poured a shot. He later jumped on stage and sang “Maggie May” and “ooh la la” along with the house band.
Still, Stewart told people he had been away from drinking because of his own reasons. “I think it’s easier to keep my voice in good condition. It was great tonight. It’s been great for last year or so since I cut my drinking, it’s been great,” he said.

After marking his 80th birthday in January, Stewart said he has been shaping the tips in a variety of ways, both physically and mentally.
“I have a hobby. I exercise,” he said. “I have my own sport. I love watching soccer and sports, and (Celtic Football Club). My hobby is very kind to me. Every man should have a hobby.”
“I have a family I love. I have an absolutely gorgeous wife,” Stewart continued, referring to Penny Lancaster, who married in 2007, and her eight children, Sarah, Kimberly, Sean, Ruby, Renee, Liam, Alastair and Aiden.
Stewart’s tour of South America and Europe begins on Tuesday, October 7th.
