“Opalite” is a different hit for Travis Kelce.
Taylor Swift has revealed that the third track on her latest “Life of a Showgirl” album is a favorite of Kansas City Chief Sprayer.
“Capital Breakfast” host Jordan North speculated in an interview Friday morning that the song might be Kelce’s number one choice.
“I’d say you’re right about it,” confirmed the pop star. “You were absolutely accurate about everything you were expecting today.
“I think that’s his favorite,” the songwriter added. “He loves it.”
The Grammy winner points out that her fiancé’s birthstone is opal, explaining that the song is played on the fact that opal can become “artificial” like happiness.
“That’s a kind of song,” Swift revealed. “The juxtaposition of these two.”
The song features lyrics about Swift’s Exe. And we are transitioning from “Lovers Past” to partners like those we’ve met so far.
Fans are also convinced that the poem that Kelce is “in fact” is throwing a silly shade with someone else quickly “on her phone” at her fiance, ex-Kayla Nicole.
Kelce has yet to publicly respond to the “Love Story” singer’s 12th album release, but in Swift’s “New Heights” debut in August, he said he liked “Oparite” the best.
Not only is “Opalite” rumored about the tight end, but the same goes for “Wishlist” (Swift’s self-proclaimed favorite) and “The Life of Ophelia” and “Wood” as well as her most funch-style songs.
The couple got engaged in August, and Swift was opened up about him being on one knee during his appearance on “The Graham Norton Show,” according to people.
She said the three-time Super Bowl winner “smashed it down” and gave his suggestion “10 out of 10.”
Additionally, she invited longtime friend and radio host Greg James to Kelse’s future wedding on “BBC Radio 1 Breakfast.”
“I don’t usually like destination weddings, but I’ll make exceptions for you,” James said during sit-down Friday.
Swift and Kelce will be together since the summer of 2023.
