Guitarist Maggie Beau, who is at the heart of Keith Urban’s divorce with Nicole Kidman, has skipped the country singer’s first show since Split made the headline.
Urban again chose not to wear a wedding ring, and the rest of the band performed Thursday night at Giant Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania as part of his High and Alive World Tour.
According to US Weekly, I tweaked the lyrics to “take your space and take reason” by adding the phrase “Your bull – t reason” while singing the song “Your bull – t reason.”
After news broke that he and Kidman were on separate paths, Beau became part of the debate.
In the months leading up to the age of 58, he and his band played “The Fighter” after filing for divorce from her husband in 19 years.
During the April performance, Urban, 57, sang the lyrics, “I was born to love you.”
During his more recent performance, he changed the lyrics from “When they go to Tryna, baby, I’ll be a fighter” to “When they go to you, Maggie, I’ll be your guitar player.”
A day before the revelation of Urban and Kidman’s separation, Bo posted a video of the lyrics change on Instagram, captioning, “Did he just say that?”
Her involvement in the city and/or his split from Kidman remains unconfirmed, but rumors are swirling that he is already “with another woman.”
Beau has yet to deal with the situation, but her father made a statement in her defense, but he blurted his comments.
“No, no,” Chuck Beau posted on Facebook with Tiktok, who claimed “Maggie is said to be liable for Keith’s divorce from Nicole Kidman.”
Chuck went on to tell the Daily Mail, “I know nothing other than she’s his guitar player.”
“It’s more about musicians than dating,” he added before admitting that he “he didn’t hear either way.”
