Paris Jackson got a hug from her aunt Janet Jackson during a sweet reunion at Paris Fashion Week.
In the photo, Michael Jackson’s only daughter embraced the pop icon while attending the Tom Ford fashion show at the Light of Light on Wednesday.
Before sharing a sweet embrace, the pair appeared to have a friendly chat – rumors have been going on for years that they are at odds.
The hitmaker of “Escape” and her nie seemed excited to meet again, and Janet had a warm laugh during the encounter.
Paris, 27 years old – the daughter of the late “thriller” hitmaker and his ex-wife Debbie Lowe rocked a black high-neck gown with high thigh slits for the event and decorated it with matching stiletto heels.
Her 59-year-old aunt Janet increased her appearance with a gold statement hoop, wearing a head-to-toe black ensemble consisting of a black peplum top and a floor-length skirt. At one point, the hitmaker was photographed with a black leather jacket draped over her shoulder.
Janet and Paris officials did not immediately return a request for Page 6 of comments regarding the reunion.
Rumors of rocky relationships have continued since Pop of Pop’s death in 2009, but Paris intensified speculation in a public statement in 2018 after missing out on her aunt’s Billboard Music Icon Award Induction.
“Dear social media followers, friends, stalkers, lovers, hatred, fellow Moonwalker: Don’t tell me how I handle relationships with people in my life, especially my family.
She added, “I always love and respect my family. Always.”

In 2022, Janet went to Instagram and proved her opponents wrong with unusual photos together at a party at Paris Fashion Week.
In the photo, Paris and Janet were sitting side by side on the sofa. The “nasty boy” diva flashed her famous smile.
“A very good catch-up with my beautiful nie @parisjackson💖💖💖,” the Grammy winner captioned the photo.
