Meryl Streep looked particularly calm when she played her “Devil Wear Prada” character, Miranda Priestley, at the Dolce & Gabbana Fashion Show during Milan Fashion Week on Saturday.
The Oscar winner sat in the front row wearing a vinyl trench coat from the Fashion House Spring/Summer ’25 Runway Collection. She styled the look with a glitter animal shirt and slim fit pants.
For accessories, she had a leopard print belt, a leopard print faux fur marley neck clutch, and a nude pump.
An Instagram video posted by Marie Claire showed the star, 76, who made her chilly entrance with her entourage just minutes before the show began.
Her co-star Stanley Tucci played the priestly art director Nigel Kipling in the film, sitting with her in a disassembled, single-breasted gal wool suit styled in a black cotton shirt and a leopard print chiffon hourard.
The pair is joined by Simone Ashley, who added to the cast of the highly anticipated sequel film. She wore a tulle corset with satin cups and boning satin details.
She added a crystal mesh skirt from the designer’s Fall/Winter ’24-25 Runway Collection and satin corset style culottes with the Dolce & Gabbana logo. She carried a black leather Mysaika handbag and finished her look with a patented leather pump.
Streep is sandwiched across the opposite side by Naomi Campbell and saw the collection of fashion houses “major in Pajamas” with decorative highlights of “Spring Florals” and “Cerulean Adjacent Blue.”
Dolce & Gabbana Press Office confirmed with the Associated Press that the event was filmed for inclusion in a sequel filmed in Milan.
Streep’s sighting comes after Page 6 confirmed this weekend that he must skip the star-studded wedding of his co-star Selena Gomez, Selena Gomez, “the only murder in the building.”
The cast of the remaining shows, including Paul Rudd of A-listers, Steve Martin, Beau of Streep and Martin Short, have already appeared at the couple’s celebration in Santa Barbara, California.
The stars were photographed Friday night as they entered the pair’s wedding rehearsal dinner at the Hourrain mansion in Goleta Valley, California.
Gomez’s famous best friend, Taylor Swift, also reportedly attended an outdoor event on Friday. However, she was not caught on camera by the paparazzi. She will also be attending the couple’s wedding.
Disney Channel alum, 33, is expected to tie the knot with the 37-year-old swing at the El Encanto Hotel this Saturday.
