The newly launched Theatrical Distribution Company, Row K Entertainment, has filled out the core team.
Three senior executives have been appointed. MoRhim will be taking part as Chief Revenue Officer, Ben Carlson will be appointed Chief Marketing Officer, and Steve Garrett will serve as head of distribution and acquisitions.
The announcement comes shortly after Row K, backed by Media Capital Technologies, made two major acquisitions at the 2025 Toronto International Film Festival, where it was released. These included Gus Van Son’s “The Dead Man Wire,” starring Bill Skarsgard, Dacre Montgomery, Carrie Elwes, Myhira, Colman Domingo and Al Pacino, and signatures featuring Tom Dean and Mac Elridge’s “Charlie Harper,” starring Nick Robinson and Emilia Jones.
Rhim, Carlson, and Garrett will work with President Row K. Megan Colligan, a veteran executive who previously held leadership roles at Paramount and IMAX.
“Megan has taken the helm, bringing together an experienced leadership group where MO, Steve and Ben can join the team and manage all aspects of distribution. This gives the company a strong foundation to strategically and quickly expand, while setting new standards for filmmakers and audiences.” “Building on the momentum of the acquisition at TIFF and leveraging this team’s track record, Row K is in a position to redefine the landscape as a bold, commercially driven distributor.”
“This team is made up of some of the most talented and multi-faceted executives in the business. Their expertise and broad knowledge make the ability to move quickly, take risks and innovate at the moment when the market demands it,” Colligan said. “We’re building modern studios for our modern audiences, and this is the perfect team to make that happen.”
